Malai Paneer:

In a pot add 1tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp. oil. Add 2 Red chilies, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and whole garam masala and saute it well. Once roasted. adding the poppy seeds and cashew nuts and mix, Add 2 roughly chopped up onions and 2 chopped up tomatoes and saute it well. Cook closed for about 3-4 mins. Blend it into a puree. Add it back to the casserole pot and add garam masala (1tsp), turmeric powder(1/4 tsp), red chili powder- 1/2 tsp salt and ketchup(1tbsp). Add water and cook on simmer. Add 3/4 cup cut paneer pieces and then top the gravy with 1/8c fresh cream. Add crushed kasoori methi and then it is done. Enjoy

Ghee Rice:

Melt 1.5 tbsp. of ghee and add the whole garam masala and add sliced onions(2). Roast cashews and raisins in ghee and keep it separate so that you can garnish later. To the sautéed onions, add enough rice, water and cook it until done. Garnish with raising cashews and curry leaves, green chilies and some fried onions.

cauliflower Tikkas:

Roast besan powder and keep it aside.
Take 1 c of curd in a bowl. Add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, red chili powder (1tsp), chaat masala (1tsp) cumin powder and garam masala powder (1tsp). Add paprika powder (2tsp). Add cauliflower florets and cover it with batter. Bake in the oven at 450degree F for about 15-20 mins until done.

Mango Smoothie:

Blend chopped up mangoes with condensed milk and milk. Use in proportion for the desired amount of sweetness.
