We are currently looking for office assistant or Secretary with at least minimum 2 years UAE experience. Must be well versed with the following:
1– handling flights and hotel bookings
2– answering telephone calls
3– prepare Performa Invoice, Quotation, Sales Order Confirmation, Packing List.
4– office admin jobs
5– coordinating with the different supplier
6– must have the ability to multitask
7– can work with minimal supervision.
