How To Make Sponge Cake at Home.
Ingredients:
Oil/Butter -250 Grams
Sugar- 250 Grams
Eggs- 4
Vanilla Flavour- 2 Tsp
Flour- 250 Grams
Baking Powder- 3 Tsp
Milk- Half Cup
Cooking Instructions:
Put oil or butter into your mixing bowl.
Add sugar and mix it well.
Add eggs one by one until good blend.
Add vanilla flavor.
Now add 2/3 flour and add baking powder in the rest of flour.
Now add half of the milk.
Add rest of the flour and then add the remaining milk.
Note: Don’t mix it too much
Now pour the material into your baking mold.
Preheat oven to 130° C and bake it for about 50 to 60 minutes or until you get your toothpick clean after putting in the cake.
Serve your cake with a hot cup to tea. Enjoy 🙂
